By the grace of God I have been a beneficiary of Counselling Programs in RIMAD. My personal life and ministry have been transformed also.
I am ever happy and positive of all the things God committed into my hands.
I understand what is vision, mission and mission statement.
I set goals in all I am doing, short and long term goals, and with strategic thinking and strategic planning we achieve a lot where ever we are posted to, to pastor.
We have intentionally and meticulously discipled and trained the congregations we have pastored.
Through the counselling programs, God empowered us to be blessings to people.
We are not afraid to work anywhere . We have learnt to put great values on people. Our attitude towards people have changed. God is good and faithful. Nothing is too hard for him to do.
We are ever grateful to God for RIMAD vision.
I am proudly recommending this programme to all – members of the church, church leaders, pastors and professionals in various field’s as everyone of them need it.
